1. About us
GameSubMarket.com ("GameSubMarket", "we", "us") is an independent online reseller of digital gaming subscriptions. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation.
2. The product
We sell Xbox Game Pass Ultimate – 12 Months. The subscription is delivered digitally. It is not a code, gift card or physical card.
The subscription is region-free and does not require a VPN. The 12-month term starts when the subscription is activated on your account, not when the order is placed.
The subscription cannot be stacked with existing Game Pass subscription time. It is your responsibility to check whether you have an active subscription before ordering.
3. Orders and delivery
After payment is confirmed, your order is delivered within 10 minutes – 2 hours. Delivery times are estimates based on normal operation; in rare cases of high demand or verification checks they may take longer, and we will keep you informed by email.
You must provide a valid email address. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect email address.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in USD and include any applicable fees unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by PayPal, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We never store your full card details.
We may cancel and refund an order if we suspect fraud or if a pricing error occurred.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
